Canning

I am a little behind on my posting but I wanted to post a few things for my record so feel free to skip. Two weeks ago I did some canning with some peaches and tomatoes I got from my in-laws farm. When I finished my canning I like to leave the jars out for a few days to admire my work, so I am going to post pictures here so I can admire it for longer :-)

First we have peaches and peach strawberry freezer jam.

Then we have salsa

Finally we have spaghetti sauce.

I also bottled tomatoes but did not get a picture of that. Now I must give credit to my friend Lacey who came and helped me do the peaches and salsa (of course she took half home). I tell you that is the best way to can with some one to help you. Thanks Lacey!!!
